Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with 10–12+ years of litigation experience.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• Proven track record managing complex litigation matters.
• Experience supervising and developing junior attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Research, draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Manage multiple case deadlines with zero tolerance for error.
• Interface directly with clients.
• Mentor and develop 2–3 junior associates.
• Review and provide substantive feedback on work product.
• Create training protocols for complex litigation issues.
• Model excellence standards while maintaining sustainable practices.
• Build collaborative relationships across the team.
• Leverage existing relationships to generate new matters.
• Participate in client pitches and proposals.
