Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in San Antonio seeks an attorney with 1–2 years of insurance defense experience to join a nationally established platform.

You will handle a varied caseload from inception through resolution, draft pleadings, take depositions, and work closely with insurers and senior attorneys on case strategy, with hybrid flexibility and strong long-term leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of insurance defense experience required.
• Texas Bar admission and JD degree required.
• Strong litigation, research and written advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied insurance defense litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and substantive case correspondence.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations and other key litigation events.
• Work directly with insurers, insureds, experts and senior attorneys on case strategy.
• Conduct legal research and develop practical, commercially focused defense strategies.

I’m working closely with the leadership of a nationally established insurance-focused law firm that has spent decades building a serious litigation platform for insurers and their insureds.

For an attorney with 1–2 years of San Antonio insurance defense experience, this is a chance to move beyond simply carrying a caseload and join a team where you can develop as a litigator, gain meaningful responsibility, and build toward genuine long-term leadership opportunities.
