A well-established and growing San Antonio law firm with a strong reputation in insurance defense litigation is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience. Position Overview

The successful candidate will handle a variety of insurance defense matters, working closely with experienced partners and receiving mentorship and support for career development. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking to build a long-term career with a respected local firm.

• Base Salary: $140,000–$165,000 (depending on experience).
• Bonus: 30% of additional revenue generated above target.
• Billable Hours: 1,920 annually.
• Hybrid Schedule: Year 1 – in-office 5 days per week for onboarding and mentorship. After Year 1 – hybrid flexibility (1–3 remote days per week).
