We Are Legal Revolution in Beverly Hills is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate (plaintiff-side) to handle FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination matters with hands-on responsibility and trial exposure. You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, take depositions, and prepare matters for mediations and trial, while building client relationships.

Qualificações

• 4+ years' Employment Litigation experience.
• Experience handling FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills.

About You

• 4+ years' Employment Litigation experience.
• Experience handling FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination matters.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Plaintiff-side or defense-side Employment Litigation experience welcomed.

• Base salary from $150,000 to $275,000 DOE.
