We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas is seeking a senior real estate associate to handle complex commercial real estate transactions on a 100% transactional track, with a focus on borrower-developer work and meaningful responsibility.

The role requires 7–8 years of post-graduate experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and an active Texas bar license. Office is in-person four days per week with one remote day, offering a base salary of $200,000 to $300,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review key transaction documents for complex commercial real estate matters.
• Support borrower-side financing transactions, including loan documentation review and negotiation.
• Advise on deal structure, risk allocation, and closing mechanics across the transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction checklists and closing deliverables.
• Work directly with senior attorneys and clients to drive deals to execution.
