The ideal candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 2–4 years of experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and related real estate debt/equity matters. Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-relations skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish and handle client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents (purchase/ Sale agreements, leases, financing documents).
• Conduct legal due diligence (title and survey review) and manage closing processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic legal advice.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution of transactions.
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters for institutional clients.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary:$235,000 – $295,000, as determined by experience and market factors
