We Are Legal Revolution in Southern California seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join a plaintiff-side team on a hybrid schedule. You will manage cases from intake to resolution, drive strategy in a contingency setting, and interact directly with clients throughout the lifecycle.

• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff-side civil litigation docket from intake through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery-related motions.
• Handle written discovery, meet and confer efforts, and discovery strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses and work with experts.
• Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Maintain direct client communication and provide practical counseling throughout the case lifecycle.

A confidential California-based plaintiff-side litigation practice is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Southern California team.

The Role:

• Manage a plaintiff-side civil litigation docket from intake through resolution

Location, Schedule and Compensation:

• Location: Southern California
• Schedule: Hybrid, in office 3 days per week
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar admission in good standing
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience
• Experience in each of the following practice areas: personal injury, insurance bad faith, property damage, and construction defect
• Strong motion practice, deposition, and discovery skills
• Demonstrated prior tenure and commitment in previous roles
• Track record handling higher-stakes matters in a contingency-based practice
• Trial preparation experience and comfort driving cases toward trial
• For a senior employment litigation attorney path: portable book of business
