We Are Legal Revolution in Chicago is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to own a substantial plaintiff-side caseload from intake through settlement, with opportunities for motion practice and trial work.

This in-office role offers a contingency-fee pathway, a paperless workflow, and partner-track potential, plus a competitive salary of $180,000–$200,000 along with medical, 401(k), and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing in Illinois.
• 5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage deadlines, prioritize a high volume of work, and maintain an organized case docket.
• Professionalism, discretion, and a client-service mindset.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff.
• Demonstrated employment stability (generally 1 to 2 years per firm, without excessive job-hopping).

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from intake and investigation through settlement.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and related litigation documents.
• Handle discovery, including meet-and-confer efforts, discovery disputes, and motion practice.
• Research and draft briefs and motions, including oppositions to summary judgment motions.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with clients regarding strategy, risk, and case status.
• Prepare for and serve as first chair in civil jury trials when matters proceed to trial.

In office 4 days/week; minimum 8-hour daily commitment (additional hours to be discussed with the managing attorney or team).

Compensation:

$180,000 to $200,000 base salary (as provided).

REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed attorney in good standing in Illinois.
• 5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Strong litigators from other practice areas who can ramp quickly into personal injury are welcome to be considered.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Billable expectation: 1,920 hours.
