Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in California seeks an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney for plaintiff-side personal injury matters in Orange County. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in-office and substantial client contact through settlement negotiations.

The attorney will manage cases from intake to settlement, lead investigations, draft pre-litigation demand packages, and liaise with insurers. JD and active U.S. license required; 5+ years' PI pre-litigation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the California bar (active in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction).
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, specifically pre-litigation.
• Strong knowledge of California personal injury law, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Conduct case investigations and evaluate liability, damages, and exposure.
• Draft pre-litigation demand packages and related legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain proactive client communication and manage expectations on deadlines.
• Collaborate with support staff and attorneys to keep matters moving.

A confidential California-based plaintiff-side personal injury law practice is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage matters from intake through settlement.

This full-time role offers hands-on responsibility, consistent client contact, and the chance to drive case strategy and negotiations while working in a collaborative, well-supported environment.

The Role:

Compensation: Base salary range from $85,000 to $150,000, depending on experience

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

Active attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, specifically pre-litigation

Excellent working knowledge of California personal injury law, procedures, and applicable regulations

Strong case investigation, evaluation, and analytical skills

Proven ability to manage deadlines across multiple matters with strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and negotiation

Bilingual preferred, but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range from $85,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
