Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in Washington, DC is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Manager to lead the local recruiting efforts and campus program. The role emphasizes people leadership, mentoring junior team members, and coordinating with legal practice groups to attract top talent for SAGE and other practice areas.

Hybrid schedule requires in-office presence at least 3 days a week. You will partner with senior recruiting leaders to design strategies, travel as needed, and participate in

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years' recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm, with management experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, LawCruit) and recruiting tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and team-management ability with mentoring experience.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local attorney recruiting for Washington, DC office, including onboarding and summer program.
• Collaborate with Directors of US Recruiting and US Lateral Recruiting to manage lateral recruiting for SAGE and related practice groups.
• Mentor and develop junior recruiting team members; provide feedback and career growth guidance.
• Coordinate campus recruiting strategies and logistics with Law School Recruiting; recruit Summer and First-Year Associates.
• Represent Orrick at law school events and manage relationships with schools and external partners.
