Job summary

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist to lead the full recruiting lifecycle for partner candidates across our U.S. offices. The role emphasizes innovation, teamwork, and high-touch experiences for internal and external stakeholders.

You will work with senior Growth & Integration leadership to implement Orrick’s top strategic recruiting priorities and identify credentials predictive of successful partners across our sectors and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruiting, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience with Zoom, Teams and applicant tracking systems, such as iCIMS or LawCruit preferred.
• Extraordinary verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Demonstrated organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to be innovative and operate with a broad range of professionals.
• Experience handling concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle from submission to integration.
• Serve as a primary recruiting contact for partner candidates.
• Collaborate with Growth & Integration leadership to execute strategic recruiting priorities.
• Represent Orrick to candidates and search firms as an ambassador.
