Responsibilities

• Draft a broad range of estate planning documents including wills and trust agreements.
• Direct and frequent client interaction.
• Advise individuals and families on trust structures and wealth transfer tax strategies.
• Design business succession strategies.
• Counsel fiduciaries in administration of estates and trusts.
• Prepare and review federal estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Conduct general estate, trust, and tax-related research and writing.
• Support litigation matters related to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration.

Seeking as associate with excellent experience and academic credentials to join our Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice. Expected responsibilities include:

• Drafting a broad range of estate planning documents including wills, trust agreements and related instruments
• Direct and frequent client interaction
• Advising individuals and families on trust structures and wealth transfer tax strategies
• Designing business succession strategies
• Counseling fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts
• Preparing and reviewing federal estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns
• General estate, trust, and tax-related research and writing
• Supporting our litigation practice in matters relating to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration
