Responsibilities

• Draft a broad range of estate planning documents, including wills and trust agreements.
• Engage in direct and frequent client interaction.
• Advise on trust structures and wealth transfer tax strategies.
• Design business succession strategies.
• Counsel fiduciaries in estate and trust administration.
• Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Conduct estate, trust, and tax-related research.
• Support litigation practice in wills and trusts matters.
