our client is looking for a driven plaintiff’s personal injury attorney to join a growing Pre-Litigation Team. Open to considering a newer attorney with strong personal injury experience who has the ambition and ability to grow into a key leadership role.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 1–3+ years of personal injury experience, preferably on the plaintiff’s side
• Experience handling cases through the pre-litigation process, including demand preparation, negotiations, and client communication
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, organization, and case-management skills
• A client-first mindset and a genuine commitment to maximizing outcomes for injured clients
• The initiative and judgment to take ownership of cases and help improve the way the team operates
