Arkansas Talent Group, in partnership with a well-established law firm, seeks an experienced Attorney with a niche practice to join its growing team. You will manage your own caseload and deliver top-tier client service in your chosen area, whether business law, real estate, or civil litigation.

This role offers a collaborative environment with strong resources and support, opportunities to grow your practice, and mentorship plus continuing education.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Arkansas in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in a specialized area with a proven client-relations track record.
• Established book of business with growth potential.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and handle client cases in your area of expertise, providing high-quality legal services from intake through resolution.
• Develop and expand your specialized client base within our firm, with the freedom to shape and grow your practice area.
• Deliver client-centered, solutions-focused legal counsel, building long-term client relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Engage in business development initiatives, leveraging firm resources to strengthen and expand your book of business.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to integrate your niche within The Wilson Law Group's broader service offerings.
