Job summary

Growing Law Firm in Houston seeks a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators. This leadership role oversees 4–6 attorneys and their staff while guiding case strategy from intake through trial or resolution.

The attorney will mentor junior lawyers in deposition, motion practice, negotiation strategy, and trial preparation, ensuring high standards of client service and result-driven litigation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Strong experience handling Texas personal injury cases from intake through litigation and trial.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to evaluate cases, develop litigation strategy and guide attorneys through complex litigation.
• Excellent courtroom presence, negotiation skills and litigation judgement.

This leadership role oversees a team of 4–6 attorneys and their litigation staff while guiding case strategy from intake through trial or resolution. Our firm invests heavily in litigation and prepares every case as though it will go to trial. Attorney Managers play a critical role in maintaining that standard while mentoring the next generation of trial lawyers.
