Growing Law Firm in Austin seeks a proven trial attorney to lead a team of litigators and drive case strategy from intake to trial. You will mentor 4-6 attorneys, supervise staff, and ensure aggressive, efficient development of high-value cases while maintaining exceptional client service.

The role requires a Texas Bar license, a J.D., and strong leadership to cultivate a culture of accountability and professional growth in a prominent personal injury practice.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Strong leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience.
• Ability to evaluate cases, develop litigation strategy, and guide attorneys through complex litigation.
• Excellent courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and litigation judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 4-6 litigation attorneys and their support staff.
