Job summary

Growing Law Firm in Austin seeks a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators. The role guides case strategy from intake through trial or resolution, with emphasis on preparing every case for trial and mentoring junior attorneys.

The attorney manager will oversee 4–6 attorneys and their staff, ensuring high-quality work and client service. The ideal candidate has Texas trial experience, a strong record of jury trials, and demonstrated leadership in a litigation-focused

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Strong experience handling Texas personal injury cases from intake through litigation and trial.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to evaluate cases, develop litigation strategy, and guide attorneys through complex litigation.
• Excellent courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and litigation judgment.

Responsibilities

Growing Law Firm is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators at our offices in Austin

This leadership role oversees a team of 4–6 attorneys and their litigation staff while guiding case strategy from intake through trial or resolution. Our firm invests heavily in litigation and prepares every case as though it will go to trial. Attorney Managers play a critical role in maintaining that standard while mentoring the next generation of trial lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
