The organization has invested heavily in building formal management structures and litigation support so that its Attorney Managers can focus on driving results: client strategy, case development, and courtroom outcomes, rather than administrative firefighting.
This role is designed for someone who's already led a legal team and is ready to do it at scale, directing a group of trial attorneys through every stage of case development at one of the country's most established personal injury practices.
