Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 practice in Baltimore. This non-partnership track position sits within the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group.

The role requires a Juris Doctor and a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Admittance to the California bar and the bar where you reside is expected; CA bar experience is a plus. Strong communication and organization are essential to succeed in this fast-paced firm environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is a plus.
• Previous federal clerkship is a plus.
