Watts & Associates is discreetly partnering with a recognized international litigation firm to hire a mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney for its New York, NY office on a hybrid basis. The role offers direct access to sophisticated commercial and financial services disputes and significant responsibility from day one.

You will work with trial-tested partners on complex matters, gain client-facing exposure, and build a long-term litigation career on a well-established international platform.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years of commercial or financial services litigation experience at an Am Law 100 firm.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills for complex motions and briefs.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• Excellent academic credentials from a Top 50 law school.
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote weekly.
• Base salary of $225,000 to $290,000 depending on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial and financial services litigation matters within a busy, partner-led docket.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and client-focused litigation strategy memoranda.
• Handle discovery, including written discovery, document review oversight, and witness preparation.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and court conferences with increasing advocacy responsibility.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client communications.

• Comfort with a 2,000 billable hour expectation and a hybrid schedule of 4 days in office
• $225,000 to $290,000 base salary, depending on experience
