This full-time, exempt role offers a competitive salary ($100K–$200K DOE), a flat-fee billing model (no billable hour requirements), and excellent benefits. The position is located at their corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on landlord-tenant or eviction litigation experience
• Familiarity with rent-controlled jurisdictions and trial work
• Active license to practice law in California
• Strong communication, case management, and client interaction skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a full caseload of post-foreclosure and routine eviction matters
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Conduct client consultations, attend court, and prepare for trial
• Collaborate with internal teams and support staff
• Occasionally oversee surplus funds cases
