  • Provide clients with regular updates and legal advice, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records and documentation.
  • Stay current with developments in insurance defense law and fulfill all CLE requirements.

Description:

The client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney with a minimum of 5 years in insurance defense. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in Texas and be in good standing with the Texas Bar. Additionally, candidates must have completed the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements.
