Practice Area: General Liability/ Insurance Defense

Billables: 1800 - 1900 hours

I am partnering with nearly a dozen premier California litigation boutiques currently expanding their teams with 100% remote and hybrid attorneys. These positions span high-demand civil litigation practices, including General Liability, Insurance Defence, Consumer Warranty, and Product Liability. These roles offer rare practice autonomy and long-term career growth without big-firm burnout.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 25–35 case docket from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and law & motion filings.
• Take and defend party, witness, and expert depositions.
• Handle court appearances, mediations, and trial prep.

Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience (General civil litigation).
• Strong brief-writing and deposition skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
