Stealth Law Firm in California seeks an Associate or Attorney (JR Associate possible) for a remote role across California. The ideal candidate holds an active California Bar license and has experience in civil litigation, especially insurance defense and related areas.

Compensation is a competitive base salary plus bonus and full benefits, with a salary range of $200,000–$270,000 per year. Responsibilities include managing civil litigation from inception to resolution, conducting research,

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.


• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.


• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.


• Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.


• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.


• Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.


• Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license in good standing.


• Experience in any practice areas insurance defenseor General Liability defense or premises liability or product liability or injury defense or civil defense litigation or employment law or personal injury.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $270,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include experience, geography/market, skills, education and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
