Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in the Greater Los Angeles area seeks a Junior Litigation Associate to join its plaintiff-side Employment and Consumer class action practice. The role is fully remote, offering exposure to sophisticated wage-and-hour and consumer protection matters and a solid foundation for building a litigation career.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar admission, or pending admission.
• Experience with discovery and motion practice.
• Strong legal research, writing and communication skills.
• Court appearances, deposition experience or interest in Employment Litigation are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Employment and Consumer class actions from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, written discovery and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare substantive briefing.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations and trial preparation.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development.
• Travel occasionally as required by case needs.

• Base salary between $130,000 and $170,000 DOE.
