  • Partner with HR to develop training programs on workplace compliance and legal requirements.

Innovative Driven is seeking a full-time Senior Attorney to join the team at a well-established mid-size Pacific Northwest law firm representing clients in a wide range of matters. The firm provides quality and affordable representation to individuals and businesses of all sizes.

The Employment Law Attorney provides legal counsel and guidance on employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. This role supports the organization by mitigating legal risk, managing employment disputes, advising on workplace policies, and partnering with Human Resources and business leaders on employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice regarding employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Advise leadership and HR on employee relations matters, including discipline, performance management, accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
