Job summary

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead local, regional, and firmwide attorney development programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with PD team and office leadership to advance lawyers’ development and CLE compliance.
• Support orientation, mentoring, and integration programs for associates and lateral hires.
• Manage and mentor the Dallas-based Professional Development Specialist; supervise as needed.
