Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate/ transactional/ commercial law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in equipment, rental, manufacturing, or automotive industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate, transactional, and commercial matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including equipment purchase, sale, lease, financing, and rental contracts.
• Support domestic and international transactions with practical, business-minded counsel.
• Assist with dispute resolution matters including mediation, arbitration, and litigation as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across offices to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
