Role Description

The Attorney role at JWL International is a full-time, on-site position based in Lone Tree, CO. The attorney will provide legal advice and representation to clients in industries such as equipment, energy, aviation, automotive, and maritime, with a particular focus on labor and employment matters as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, analyzing regulatory and compliance issues, and preparing client communications and opinions. The attorney will negotiate agreements, participate in client meetings, and collaborate with colleagues to develop practical, business-oriented solutions. The role requires close interaction with senior attorneys and clients to support complex transactions, disputes, and ongoing advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, with a background in corporate, transactional, or commercial law strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the work done
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining attention to detail
• Interest in the equipment, rental, manufacturing, or auto industries is a plus
