We have animmediate opening for a Corporate Transactions and Securities Group Attorney with 4 – 6 years’ experience. The successful candidate should have experience in a variety of sophisticated transactional work, including public and private offerings of securities, public and private mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, private equity and corporate governance advice. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills are required.
