Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Georgia State Bar in good standing or eligibility for admission
• 3+ years in corporate/transactional/commercial law preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently with attention to detail
• Interest in equipment, rental, manufacturing, or auto industries a plus

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate, transactional, and commercial matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including equipment purchase, sale, lease, financing, and rental contracts
• Support domestic and international transactions with practical, business-minded counsel
• Assist with dispute resolution matters, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation as needed
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across our offices to deliver seamless, high-quality service

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate, transactional, and commercial matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including equipment purchase, sale, lease, financing, and rental contracts
• Support clients through domestic and international transactions with practical, business-minded counsel

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia (or eligibility for admission)
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, with a background in corporate, transactional, or commercial law strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the work done
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining attention to detail
• Interest in the equipment, rental, manufacturing, or auto industries is a plus
