I am currently working with a High-Level Corporate Law firm in New York who are actively seeking multiple Attorneys to join their team as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

The Role

• Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: Including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt-financing and Funds related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: Including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: Including the structure, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
• Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements.

The Package

• Up to $300K Base
• Monthly Performance Related Bonus
• 5-10% of all Matters you work on
• End of Year Bonus
