We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Attorney specializing in Corporate / M&A, offering a fully remote setup with a base salary up to $250K plus bonus. The role targets attorneys with 5+ years in corporate/M&A, currently in BigLaw, and New York Bar admission.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams across private M&A and corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, and managing deals from LOI through closing with direct client contact and ownership of matters.

• Must currently be working within BigLaw.
• Active New York Bar admission.
• Strong private M&A and general corporate transactional background.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction-management skills.
• Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take meaningful ownership of client relationships.
