Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution seeks an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our Bethesda office in a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on business transactions, commercial real estate, and related entity work for major clients in the Maryland/DC area.

You will draft and negotiate operating agreements, purchase agreements, and contracts; manage entity formations and joint ventures; and support real estate financings and leasing deals from start to finish.

Qualifications

• JD and active Maryland bar required.
• 4–8 years post-bar corporate or business transactions experience.
• Drafting experience on operating agreements, purchase agreements, or commercial contracts.

Corporate Attorney | Bethesda, MD (Hybrid) – $250K

Location/Schedule: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid)

Base Salary: $250K, plus bonuses that have reached about $100,000

Practice: Corporate and business transactions. Entity work, commercial contracts, and deals for developers, property owners, and operating companies. Real estate transactions sit in the same office.

Our client is a Bethesda firm founded in 1979. The book is business transactions, commercial real estate, and civil work for Fortune 500 companies, developers, and middle-market businesses. The billable target is 1,700, and it is soft. A lawyer below it is not a problem unless the gap is large. Bonuses of about $100,000 have been paid on productivity and on the deals a lawyer was on. Several people came from large firms.
