We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join an established transactional practice serving Maryland, DC, and Virginia. The role is remote-capable with an option for in-person collaboration as needed, offering a clear path to partnership and a 1,600-hour annual billable target.

The ideal candidate will manage sophisticated deals, draft essential agreements, and advise clients directly, with opportunities to develop a meaningful book of business and progress

Responsabilités

• Lead complex real estate transactions for lenders, borrowers, developers, and sponsors.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, development agreements, and joint venture documents.
• Direct due diligence, title and survey reviews, and closing coordination.
• Provide commercially focused advice and manage transaction timelines with senior attorneys.
• Help build the practice and client relationships toward partnership.

Commercial Real Estate Attorney | $200K Base + Bonus | Partnership Track | Maryland (Remote/Hybrid)

I am currently working with a highly respected Maryland law firm who are looking to add a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney to their established and growing transactional practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate attorney looking for sophisticated deal work, strong partner access, flexibility, and a genuine opportunity to build a book of business and progress toward partnership.

The Firm

• Established & Prestigious Platform: Join a well-established firm with more than 40 years of experience advising clients throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
• Sophisticated Transactional Practice: Work alongside experienced attorneys across real estate, lending, business, trusts & estates, and transactional law, giving you access to a broad and sophisticated client base.
• Remote Flexibility: The role is fully remote-capable, with a dedicated home-office setup encouraged and office space available when occasional in-person collaboration is needed.
• Clear Path to Partnership: The firm is looking for someone who can develop their own client relationships, with an expectation of originating work within approximately two years and an existing book of business helping to accelerate the partner track.
• Manageable Billable Target: A 1,600-hour annual billable expectation provides a more sustainable structure than many comparable transactional environments.

The Role

• Lead Complex Real Estate Transactions: Handle sophisticated commercial real estate matters from inception through closing, representing lenders, borrowers, developers, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
• Draft & Negotiate Key Agreements: Take ownership of purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, development agreements, joint venture agreements, leases, and related transactional documents.
• Drive Due Diligence & Closings: Lead title and survey review, entity documentation, due diligence processes, closing checklists, and transaction coordination.
• Advise Clients Directly: Work closely with clients and senior attorneys to provide commercially focused advice, manage transaction timelines, and navigate complex real estate issues.
• Build a Practice: Play an active role in business development and client relationship building, with the opportunity to develop a meaningful book and progress toward partnership.

• $200K Base Salary + Bonus
