We Are Legal Revolution in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Corporate Attorney for a hybrid role. The position focuses on business transactions, corporate work, and real estate deals for developers, property owners, and operating companies.

Base salary is $250K with bonuses historically around $100K, based on productivity and deal work. You will draft and negotiate operating agreements, purchase agreements, and commercial contracts, handle entity formations and joint ventures, and support real estate

Corporate Attorney | Bethesda, MD (Hybrid) - $250K

Location/Schedule: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid)

Base Salary: $250K, plus bonuses that have reached about $100,000

Practice: Corporate and business transactions. Entity work, commercial contracts, and deals for developers, property owners, and operating companies. Real estate transactions sit in the same office.

Our client is a Bethesda firm founded in 1979. The book is business transactions, commercial real estate, and civil work for Fortune 500 companies, developers, and middle-market businesses. The billable target is 1,700, and it is soft. A lawyer below it is not a problem unless the gap is large. Bonuses of about $100,000 have been paid on productivity and on the deals a lawyer was on. Several people came from large firms.
