Location/Schedule:

Philadelphia, PA (Remote). A New Jersey office is also open.

Practice:

Mid-level commercial litigation for individuals and middle-market companies. Contract disputes, business torts, shareholder breakups, and fiduciary claims. Repeat clients. Cases are tried.

Our client is a Philadelphia business-litigation boutique opened in 2013, with a second office in Marlton, New Jersey. The managing member is Chambers-ranked for general commercial litigation in the 2025 guide and AV Preeminent. He tries cases, including jury trials. Clients run from local businesses to Fortune 100 companies. The hour expectation is 1,600. Several lawyers came from large firms.
