Job Details

This is a great role for a newer attorney eager to build their litigation skills. You will handle insurance defense, creditors’ rights, and civil litigation matters, while gaining mentorship and hands‑on experience in a wide range of practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense and creditors’ rights
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials under partner supervision
• Assist in managing discovery and case strategy development
• Provide proactive client service to HOA/community association and business clients

Qualifications

• JD and Arizona Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
• 0–3 years of experience in litigation, insurance defense, or creditors’ rights (training provided)
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Interest in civil litigation, real estate, or community association law
