We are seeking a motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of litigation processes, insurance defense, insurance coverage opinion, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities

• Representing clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation.
• Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
• Advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
• Analyzing the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
• Evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
• Gathering evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.
• Specializing in insurance defense and providing coverage opinions.

Qualifications
