Job summary

Jobot in Mesa, AZ is seeking a dedicated plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to advance clients’ recovery while accelerating your legal career. This role offers exposure to a high-volume caseload within a collaborative, client-focused firm.

You will handle client matters from intake to resolution, negotiate settlements, and work with medical providers, insurers, and the legal team to ensure timely disbursement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona State Bar membership or awaiting Character & Fitness approval.
• Prior plaintiff personal injury experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to establish trust and build strong client relationships.
• Sound business judgment and a high degree of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured clients with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency throughout their cases.
• Evaluate potential new client matters and analyze case facts.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal protocols while clients undergo medical treatment.
• Negotiate personal injury settlements and oversee settlement resolution and disbursement processes.
• Provide leadership and case management support within the legal team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and case progression timelines.
