Responsibilities

• Advise agency managers on employment law matters.
• Serve as advisor on labor relations, grievances, arbitration, and bargaining.
• Represent the agency before EEOC and MSPB in cases.
• Advise on ethics, conflicts of interest, gifts, outside activity, and FRA ethics regulations.
• Provide guidance on Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
