Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited law school with LL.B., J.D., or equivalent and at least one year of professional legal work experience.
• Active bar in good standing of the bar in a U.S. state, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
• For grades GS-12 to GS-15, experience must meet the required level for the grade.

Responsibilities

• Advise on administrative law, labor relations, personnel policies and ethics.
• Litigate personnel law and labor disputes with agency stakeholders.
• Create and present training, and advise on external civil rights programs.
• Collaborate with the Labor Relations Officer on labor matters.
