Job summary

Remotefolio is seeking a part-time, remote attorney to review and redline commercial agreements such as MSAs, NDAs and DPAs. You will identify issues, determine company positions, and provide clear explanations for each revision while meeting deadlines from a remote setting.

Applicants should have a JD, active U.S. bar, and at least 4 years in transactional law focused on drafting, review and negotiation; experience with technology transactions is a bonus.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in transactional practice, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Deep familiarity with liability, indemnification, confidentiality and data protection provisions.
• Technology transactions expertise is a strong plus.
