Remotefolio is seeking a part-time specialist to run simulated contract negotiations and provide expert feedback on AI-driven contract scenarios. You will help build clear grading criteria and refine guidelines for AI contract review, leveraging strong legal expertise and precise communication.

The role emphasizes in-house experience with technology transactions, MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives, and requires meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
