The CS-Division of Administrative Law in Baton Rouge seeks an attorney with a Louisiana license in good standing, plus at least two years of practice experience. The role may be filled at Attorney 3 or Attorney 4 levels depending on qualifications and agency needs.

The Division of Administrative Law (DAL) is Louisiana's centralized administrative hearings panel. When disputes arise between government agencies and those they regulate, due process hearings should be fair and impartial, convenient to citizens, and conducted professionally. DAL is independent from the agencies served, preserving fairness and impartiality in administrative hearings.
Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice law plus two years of experience as a practicing attorney.

Location:This position may be domiciled in DAL's Baton Rouge office. Outside law practice is restricted.
