The Public Utility Commission is looking for a highly responsible and motivated attorney in our Office of Administrative Law Judge.
The Mediator manages a portfolio of assigned cases, facilitates resolution, and reviews appropriate pleadings to determine which cases are appropriate for the mediation program. Assignments involve working independently and, where necessary, directly with the Mediation Coordinator. As a more experienced mediator, you will be assigned mediation cases that involve more complex issues and multiple parties. Such work requires the exercise of independent judgment and minimum supervision. Supervision is received from the Mediation Coordinator, who is responsible for the operation of the Mediation Unit and the Mediation Processes.
If you are contacted for an interview and need accommodations due to a disability, please discuss your request for accommodations with the interviewer in advance of your interview date.
