Established DC firm seeks Attorney in Washington DC, to provide legal services & advice in the practice areas of real estate; personal injury; family law; immigration, labor; contract disputes and Administrative law.
Represent clients in cases at Superior Court of the District of Columbia; Tenant Associations in transactions pursuant to the D.C. Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act, parties in Divorce settlement & custody proceedings. Represent clients in wrongful discharge matters, including negotiations, settlements and arbitrations. Represent victims in Personal Injury matters. Frequent Appearances in U.S. and District Courts in DC & occasionally in Virginia and Maryland.
Bar admission in DC required.
