Job summary

Chapter 13 Trustee Middle District of Alabama is seeking an Associate Attorney in Fairfax, VA to support personal injury litigation initiatives with strong research and drafting skills. You will handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, and represent clients at depositions and hearings under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, is an active Virginia State Bar member in good standing (MD/DC considered), and can manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced
