• 6+ years of robust civil litigation and/or construction law experience.
• Florida construction law experience and Board Certification are highly celebrated here.

Your Scope of Work

As a Litigator, you will be a vital leader on our job site, guiding premium clients through complex commercial construction disputes, delay claims, and high-value trials.

• Lead Strategic Litigation: Guide complex civil cases from initial claim filing through triumphant trials, arbitrations, or board hearings.
• Architect Client Business Strategies: Look beyond the courtroom to help contractors, owners, and suppliers navigate project risk, maximize growth, and protect their margins.
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Partner directly with sophisticated construction entrepreneurs to provide forward-thinking legal and operational solutions.
• Lead and Collaborate: Actively mentor, collaborate with, and direct a high-performing project team of skilled attorneys and paralegals to ensure seamless case execution.
